Acorn squash | 2 , cut into rings as shown in the video | |
Maple syrup | 2 Tablespoon | |
Melted butter | 4 Tablespoon | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Pepper | To Taste | |
Red pepper flakes | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Chopped fresh rosemary | 1 Teaspoon | |
Chopped fresh sage | 1 Teaspoon | |
Chopped fresh thyme | 1 Teaspoon | |
Pomegranate seeds | 2 Tablespoon |
GETTING READY:
Preheat oven at 425°F.
MAKING:
Place squash rings on baking tray.
In a small bowl, combine maple syrup, melted butter, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, rosemary, sage, thyme and mix well.
Brush the mixture on both sides of squash rings.
Pop into oven and bake for 20 minutes (10 min/side).
Once done, sprinkle pomegranate seeds over it.
