Ingredients
  Bean sprouts 1 Pound
  Celery stalks 4
  Onion 1⁄2
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger slice 1 , shredded
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Pinch
Directions

Wash and trim the bean sprouts.
Cut the celery into 1 inch diagonal pieces and the onion into shreds.
Heat a pan with the oil and when it is very hot add the sprouts, celery and onion.
Saute for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add salt, ginger, soy sauce, water and monosodium glutamate.
Simmer for 5 minutes and then remove from pan and serve very hot

Delicious, easy and nutritious!!! Had this dish at a resturant back home. This was their veggie everyday. It was always a perfect non-choice.
