Boiled Brussels Sprouts

Directions

Discard wilted leaves from sprouts, wash, and allow to stand in cold water for 15 minutes.
Drain and place sprouts in pan, cover with boiling water, and add 1/2 tsp. salt to 1 lb sprouts.
Cook uncovered lor 10-20 minutes.
Drain, season, and serve with butter
