Brussels Sprouts De Luxe
|Brussels sprouts||1 Pound|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cook Brussels sprouts adding onion, bay leaf, and cloves to cooking water; drain and remove bay leaf and cloves.
Add Brussels sprouts to hot butter in a skillet; stir until sprouts are delicately browned.
