Brussels Sprouts Casserole
|Brussels sprouts||1 1⁄2 Pound, steamed|
|Tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs), stewed|
|Cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|
|Nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon, grated|
|Yoghurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soybeans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), roasted|
Arrange Brussels Sprouts in oiled casserole.
Cover with tomatoes.
Sprinkle with cheese and nutmeg.
Bake at 350Â° F. for 15 minutes.
Serve garnished with yoghurt and soybeans.
