Brussels Sprouts Casserole

Ingredients
  Brussels sprouts 1 1⁄2 Pound, steamed
  Tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), stewed
  Cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon, grated
  Yoghurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soybeans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), roasted
Directions

Arrange Brussels Sprouts in oiled casserole.
Cover with tomatoes.
Sprinkle with cheese and nutmeg.
Cover.
Bake at 350° F. for 15 minutes.
Serve garnished with yoghurt and soybeans.
