Beef And Bean Sprout Crepes
|Flank steak||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Bean sprouts||16 Ounce|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Green pepper||To Taste, cut into 1 inch strips|
|Beef bouillon||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Slice steak in paper thin strips and then into bite size pieces.
Drain bean sprouts.
Brown meat in hot butter.
Add the bean sprouts, green pepper, bouillon and soy sauce.
Cook together for 2 to 3 minutes, until steak is just done.
Fill crepes with mixture and roll up.
Place seam side down in a greased baking dish.
Pour extra pan liquid over crepes.
Bake at 375Â°F for 20 minutes.
