Gingered Brussels Sprouts
|Brussels sprouts||1 1⁄4 Kilogram (2.75 Pound)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated ginger/0.5 teaspoon ground ginger||1 Teaspoon|
1. Steam the sprouts for 8 minutes then pour the water out of the pan under the steamer and put the sprouts into the hot pan to dry out slightly.
2. Sprinkle the lemon juice and ginger over, toss well and add the strips of lemon rind.
3. Cover and leave to stand in a warm place for 5 minutes before serving.
