Lobster With Bean Sprouts

Lobster With Bean Sprouts is very easy to make and extremely tasty. The stir fried lobster and vegetables drowning in the gravy is an appetizing sight. Serve the Lobster With Bean Sprouts with rice.
  Lobster meat 1⁄2 Pound
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Black pepper 1 Pinch
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Bean sprouts 1 Pound
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Scallion 1

Cut the lobster into neat slices and season with salt and pepper.
Heat the oil and fry the lobster for 1 minute.
Wash and drain the bean sprouts, then add to the pan, stirring for 1 minute over fierce heat.
Mix the cornflour (cornstarch) and sugar together to a smooth paste with the water and soy sauce.
Add to the pan and heat gently, stirring until slightly thickened.
Chop the spring onion (scallion) finely, add to the pan, and mix well.
