Grilled Brussels Sprouts
|Brussels sprouts||1 Pint|
|Melted butter||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Fresh ground pepper||To Taste|
Cook Brussels sprouts as usual.
Dip them in a mixture of melted butter and lemon juice; skewer them.
Sprinkle with paprika and pepper; grill or put on a hibachi for only 2 or 3 minutes, or until browned.
