Sauteed Sprouts

Ingredients
  Unrefined oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Large
  Moong bean sprouts 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Tamari soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat a skillet on medium heat.
Add the oil and the onions.
Saute for 5 minutes.
Add the mung bean sprouts and saute until heated through.
Season with tamari to taste.
