1. Cut the Brussels Sprouts in half and sauté them in a pot along with olive oil for few minute and then add water and cover with a lid and cook for 10 minute.
2. Add the seasoning and mix them well, once the Brussels sprouts are soft then turn off the heat.
3. Serve hot along with your roast chicken.
