Roasted Brussels Sprouts With Bacon

Roasting Brussels Sprouts brings out their sweetness and the bacon adds a smoky, salty punch. Try these and you'll wonder why you never liked Brussels Sprouts before.
Ingredients
  Brussels sprouts 600 Gram
  Bacon/Olive oil 250 Gram
  Onion 1 Large, chop
  Kosher salt 1 Pinch
  Sugar 1 Pinch
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and keep it aside.

MAKING
2. Sauté bacon in a pan for few minute add then add the onions and sauté until onions become golden brown.
3. Drizzle some olive oil, salt and sugar over the Brussels sprouts toss, and place it in a foil lined baking tray and roast it in the oven for 25 minute.
4. In a large mixing bowl toss the Brussels sprout, grounded pepper, bacon and onion.

SERVING
5. Serve along with some sliced bread.
