Grilled Brussels Sprouts

Directions

MAKING
1) Sauté red onion in rice oil or olive oil and add mushrooms.
2) You can also add cauliflower
Make sure to cut the bottom of the sprouts and clean the loose leaves off. Throw a pound or so in the mix.
3) Cook this on the outside grill or our own stove top.
4) Cook for about 20 minutes - check for doneness.

SERVING
5) Serve the dish in a serving bowl.
