Bean Sprout And Sesame Stir Fry

Ingredients
For the sauce
  Tahini 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Water 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Shoyu 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Dry sherry 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Concentrated apple juice 1 Teaspoon
  Red wine vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh coriander 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
For the stir-fry
  Bean sprouts 8 Ounce, rinsed (225 Gram)
  Oyster mushrooms 8 Ounce, sliced (225 Gram)
  Cauliflower 1 , divided into florets
  Red pepper 1 Medium, deseeded and diced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Sesame oil 2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a bowl mix sauce ingredients together.
2. Keep aside for 1 hour before making the stir-fry.
3. Prepare beansprouts, mushrooms, cauliflower, pepper and garlic.

MAKING
3. In a wok or large frying pan heat oil until sizzling.
4. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes over a high heat until done.

SERVING
5. Serve immediately with sauce.
