Brussels Sprouts With Caraway
|Brussels sprouts||10 Ounce, washed and trimmed|
|Chicken broth/Stock||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unsalted butter||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Caraway seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
1. In a skillet which can hold all the sprouts in one layer boil the stock.
2. Put in the sprouts, cook for 3 minutes, put on the lid and cook for about 5 minutes or until it becomes tender.
3. Drain the sprouts and add lemon juice, caraway seeds butter and black pepper to taste.
4. Serve hot as an excellent side dish or for kid-€™s meal.
