Bean Sprouts a La Provencale

Ingredients
  Bean sprouts 12 Ounce (350 Grams)
  Onions 4 Ounce (125 Grams)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Canned tomatoes 8 Ounce (1 Can / 227 Grams)
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (Fresh / Dried)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Wash bean sprouts; drain well.
2. Dice onions.
3. Crush garlic.

MAKING
4. Into a saucepan, drain tomato juice, add diced onions and crushed garlic; simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Add diced tomatoes, bean sprouts and oregano; simmer for 15 minutes.

SERVING
6. Spoon hot Bean Sprouts A La Provengale in a plate and pass with some rice.
