Bean Sprout Saute

Ingredients
  Green onions with tops 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Salad oil 1 Tablespoon
  Carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded (About 2 In Number)
  Water 4 Tablespoon
  Bean sprouts 3⁄4 Pound, rinsed (4 Cups)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a wide frying pan or electric frying pan heat oil over highest heat.
2. Stir in onions, carrots, and water.
3. Stir and cook until carrots are tender.
4. Add bean sprouts and cook stirring over high heat.
5. Season with salt.

SERVING
6. Serve hot.
