Bean Sprout Saute
|Green onions with tops||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Salad oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded (About 2 In Number)|
|Bean sprouts||3⁄4 Pound, rinsed (4 Cups)|
1. In a wide frying pan or electric frying pan heat oil over highest heat.
2. Stir in onions, carrots, and water.
3. Stir and cook until carrots are tender.
4. Add bean sprouts and cook stirring over high heat.
5. Season with salt.
6. Serve hot.
