Bean Sprout Salad
|Bean sprouts||8 Ounce (Fresh Or Canned)|
|Canned pimiento||1 , drained and chopped|
|Pickled cucumber||1 , diced|
|Finely chopped chives||1 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Wine vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Made mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
1 In a salad bowl, put the bean sprouts along with the pimiento, pickled cucumber and chives.
2 In another bowl, combine all the ingredients for the dressing.
3 Make sure that the sugar is completely dissolved.
4 Pour the dressing over the salad.
5 Toss well to coat evenly.
6 Place in the refrigerator and chill for about 30 minutes.
7 Serve chilled.
