Bean Sprout Salad

Ingredients
  Bean sprouts 8 Ounce (Fresh Or Canned)
  Canned pimiento 1 , drained and chopped
  Pickled cucumber 1 , diced
  Finely chopped chives 1 Tablespoon
For dressing
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Made mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1 In a salad bowl, put the bean sprouts along with the pimiento, pickled cucumber and chives.
2 In another bowl, combine all the ingredients for the dressing.
3 Make sure that the sugar is completely dissolved.
4 Pour the dressing over the salad.
5 Toss well to coat evenly.
6 Place in the refrigerator and chill for about 30 minutes.

SERVING
7 Serve chilled.
