Ingredients
  Bean sprouts 1 Pound
  Liquid from homemade pickled beets 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (from pint of homemade pickled beets)
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Wheat germ 2 Tablespoon
  Sunflower seeds/Sunflower meal 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), coarsely chopped
  Egg 1 , hard cooked, sieved or mashed with fork
  Homemade mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Extract beet liquid. Add sprouts to it and marinate all day.
2) Drain well.
3) Stir in remaining ingredients except egg.

SERVING
4) Garnish with egg and serve.
