Brussels Sprouts Paprikash

Ingredients
  Canned tomatoes 8 Ounce, drained, chopped (About 1 Cup)
  Green pepper 1 Medium, chopped
  Bay leaf 1
  Caraway seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 1⁄2 Dash (A Generous Dash)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Cooked brussels sprouts 8 Ounce, drained
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Lengthwise cut Brussels sprouts halves.

MAKING
2. In a saucepan, put together all ingredients except Brussels sprouts; stirring frequently and simmer for about 10 minutes until green pepper is tender.
3. Add the Brussels sprouts and cook for another 10 minutes; stir frequently.

SERVING
4. Serve Brussels Sprouts Paprikash over a bed of rice.
