Bean Sprouts with Green Onions

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/2 stick)
  Green onions with tops 8 , finely chopped
  Canned bean sprouts 2 Pound, drained (2 cans, 1-lb each)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
Directions

MAKING
1 In a large skillet or wok, heat butter.
2 Add in chopped green onion and saute over low heat, stirring occasionally for about 3 minutes, until golden and tender.
3 Mix in the bean sprouts.
4 When heated well, stir in the soy sauce.

SERVING
5 Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
