Bean Sprouts with Green Onions
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/2 stick)|
|Green onions with tops||8 , finely chopped|
|Canned bean sprouts||2 Pound, drained (2 cans, 1-lb each)|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, finely chopped|
1 In a large skillet or wok, heat butter.
2 Add in chopped green onion and saute over low heat, stirring occasionally for about 3 minutes, until golden and tender.
3 Mix in the bean sprouts.
4 When heated well, stir in the soy sauce.
5 Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
