Bean Sprout Salad

Ingredients
For the sauce:
  Corn oil 4 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice/Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon, toasted
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Chopped chives 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Grated ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon
For the salad:
  Fresh bean sprouts 8 Ounce (225 Gram)
Directions

1. Mix all the sauce ingredients together.
2. Wash the beansprouts and drain well.
3. Place the beansprouts in a serving dish and pour the dressing over.
4. Toss lightly and chill well before serving.
