Ingredients
  Sprouted moong 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Spring onion 3 , chopped finely
  Tomatoes 5 Large, cut into wedges
  Mayonnaise 4 Tablespoon, well seasoned
  Lettuce leaves 4
  Fried croutons 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Pour mayonnaise over vegetables and toss.
Place in a wide glass bowl, garnish with lettuce leaves and chill.
Serve, covered with crisp croutons.
