Tomatoes And Bean Sprout
|Sprouted moong||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Spring onion||3 , chopped finely|
|Tomatoes||5 Large, cut into wedges|
|Mayonnaise||4 Tablespoon, well seasoned|
|Fried croutons||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Pour mayonnaise over vegetables and toss.
Place in a wide glass bowl, garnish with lettuce leaves and chill.
Serve, covered with crisp croutons.
