Brussels Sprouts In Celery Sauce
|Brussels sprouts||2 Quart|
|Salt||1 1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Celery||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), diced|
|Celery||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||6 Tablespoon|
1)Take a saucepan and cook Brussels sprouts in water and salt until tender. Drain and keep warm.
2)In a saucepan, add water and salt and cook celery until tender. Drain celery and reserve 1 cup cooking water.
3)In a cup mix milk and reserved cooking water.
4)In a saucepan, melt butter and add flour.
5)Slowly add milk mixture and cook until smooth and thickened. Keep stirring.
6)Add pepper and celery and mix.
7)Pour the sauce over Brussels sprouts.
8)Serve the Brussels sprouts in celery sauce immediately.
