Brussels Sprouts Parmesan

Ingredients
  Brussels sprouts/One package of 10-ounce frozen brussels sprouts 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Whole black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon, cracked
  Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon, grated
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Halve large brussels sprouts.

MAKING
2) In a 1-quart casserole add brussels sprouts and 2 tablespoons water.
3) Cook covered on 100% power (high) for 3 to 5 minutes.
4) Cook the frozen brussels sprouts according to package microwave directions.
5) Keep covered and let stand for sometime.
6) To prepare garlic butter, in a 1-cup measure cook butter or margarine, garlic, and peppercorns, on high for 40 to 50 seconds.
7) Drain the brussels sprouts.
8) Drizzle garlic butter on the sprouts.
9) Toss well.

SERVING
10) Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
