|Brussels sprouts||1 Quart|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
1)Cut gash in flat side of each chestnut.
2)In a baking pan, mix oil and add chestnuts.
3)Bake them at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
4)Remove the shells and skins.
5)In a saucepan, cook chestnuts and sprouts boiling salted water for 20 minutes or until sprouts are tender and drain.
6)Add butter and serve immediately.
