Brussels Sprouts Parmesan
|Brussels sprouts/One package of 10-ounce frozen brussels sprouts||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Cracked black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon (Whole)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
1 Halve large brussels sprouts if any.
2 If using fresh brussels sprouts, in a 1-quart casserole combine brussels sprouts and 2 tablespoons water.Cook, covered, on 100% power (high) for 3 to 5 minutes or till tender.
3 If using frozen brussels sprouts, cook according to the package microwave directions.Let stand, covered, while preparing the garlic butter.
4 For the garlic butter, in a 1-cup measure cook butter or margarine, garlic, and peppercorns, uncovered, on high for 40 to 50 seconds or till butter is melted.
5 Drain the brussels sprouts.Drizzle the garlic butter over the sprouts and toss to coat.
6 Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
