Ingredients
  Juice 175 Milliliter
  Tamari 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Sunflower seeds 125 Milliliter, sprouted
  Soybeans 125 Milliliter, sprouted
  Cumin powder 1 Dash
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Place enough V-7 Juice in a pan or wok to cover the bottom.
Add tamari and garlic and heat until steaming.
Add sprouts and steam for five minutes, stirring occasionally.
Makes a crunchy kind of vegetable dish that can be eaten plain, used as a taco filler or ingredient in other dishes calling for beans.
