Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
  Brussels sprouts 3 Pound, ends trimmed and cut with an "x" (Use Small Sized)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a saucepan, add salted water and allow to come to boil. Stir in brussel sprouts and allow to cook for about 10 minutes till they turn barely tender. Drain and keep aside.
2. Take a large skillet, add butter and heat it. Add mustard and simmer, stirring continuously, to blend well. Mix in the sprouts and toss well to coat evenly. Add salt and pepper to taste.

SERVING
3. Serve immediately.
