Brussels Sprouts Saute

Ingredients
  Fresh brussels sprouts 3⁄4 Pound
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Caraway seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Place sprouts in water seasoned with salt and caraway seeds.
Cook, covered, 10 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes, 30 seconds.
Drain water.
Sprinkle with pepper and place butter on top Cook, covered, 1 minute, 30 seconds.
