FRIED BRUSSELS SPROUTS
|Brussels sprouts||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
Clean Brussels sprouts and cut in half.
Melt butter or margarine in skillet, and saute Brussels sprouts in the butter for 5 minutes.
Add onion, salt and pepper and seasoned salt.
Simmer at low heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
Makes 6 servings.
