Here is a treat for your palate! This Brussels Sprouts a La Princess is a simple recipe made with bechamel sauce. A great way to prepare Brussels sprouts, this recipe does not involve much effort.
Ingredients
  Brussels sprouts 1 Pound
  Cauliflower 1 Pound
  Salt To Taste
  Sour cream 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Separately prepare the Brussels sprouts and the cauliflower, cooking each in little salted water.
2) Combine bechamel sauce and sour cream.
3) Gently mix together the vegetables.
4) Season with salt and pepper.

SERVING
5) Serve with bread.
