Brussels Sprouts is not something that is loved by all. For those who enjoy eating it, here is a simple recipe. Ready in minutes, this is a great way to serve it. If you like to add in some more flavor, try serving with some kind of sauce. Let me know if you innovate on this recipe.
Ingredients
  Brussels sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Trim and wash the sprouts well.
2) If too large, then cut in half.
3) In a pot add salt and the sprouts along with enough water to just cover.
4) Place a lid over and cook till softened, taking care not to over cook.

SERVING
5) Serve with melted butter.
6) You could also pour over sweet-sour sauce and serve.
