|Frozen brussels sprouts||10 Ounce (1 3/4 Cups, 1 Package)|
|Sliced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Medium Stalk)|
|Thinly sliced carrot||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Medium Piece)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1 Teaspoon, melted|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground pepper/Cayenne pepper||1 Dash|
In small saucepan, combine Brussels sprouts, celery, carrot, salt, sugar and water; bring to boil and cook, covered, for about 8 minutes until tender.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Add to vegetables; toss lightly.
