Brussels Sprouts Supreme
|Frozen brussels sprouts||20 Ounce (2 Packages, 10 Ounce Each)|
|Milk||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Sharp natural cheddar cheese||2 Ounce, cut into cubes to make 1/2 cup|
|Canned water chestnuts||5 Ounce, drained|
Cook Brussels sprouts according to package directions; drain.
Cut any large Brussels sprouts in half.
Put milk, butter or margarine, flour, salt, and cubes of cheese in blender container; blend till mixture is smooth.
Add water chestnuts; blend till coarsely chopped.
Pour mixture into saucepan; cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Stir in drained Brussels sprouts; heat through.
