Marinated Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
  Brussels sprouts 1 1⁄4 Pound
  Salad oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  White wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Thinly sliced green onion with tops 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped cooked ham 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sliced pimentos 2 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)
  Thinly sliced water chestnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Prepare sprouts and steam as.
Drain well; cut in half lengthwise.
Add oil and vinegar; toss to mix.
Stir in onion, ham, pimentos, and water chestnuts.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve hot.
Or let cool, then cover and refrigerate until next day; serve as a salad.
