Marinated Brussels Sprouts
|Brussels sprouts||1 1⁄4 Pound|
|Salad oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|White wine vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
|Thinly sliced green onion with tops||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped cooked ham||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sliced pimentos||2 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)|
|Thinly sliced water chestnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Prepare sprouts and steam as.
Drain well; cut in half lengthwise.
Add oil and vinegar; toss to mix.
Stir in onion, ham, pimentos, and water chestnuts.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Or let cool, then cover and refrigerate until next day; serve as a salad.
