Stir-Fried Bean Sprout

Ingredients
  Spring onions 3
  Sesame oil 3 Drop
  Fresh bean sprouts 8 Ounce (225 Gram)
  Vegetable oil 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Salt 5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)
  Light brown sugar 2 1⁄2 Milliliter (0.5 Teaspoon)
Directions

1. Cut the spring onions into short sections about the same length as the beansprouts.
2. Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the beansprouts and spring onions for about 1 minute. Add the salt and sugar and continue stirring for 1 minute. Sprinkle with the sesame oil, if using, and serve. Do not overcook or the beansprouts will go soggy.
