Bean Sprout Salad Using Peanut Oil

Ingredients
  Bean sprouts 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Mung / Soya Beans)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Spring onions 2 , thinly sliced
  Finely chopped parsley 2 Teaspoon
For dressing
  Light soy sauce 3 Teaspoon
  Salad oil/Peanut oil 2 Teaspoon
  Honey 3 Tablespoon
  Red pepper oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix all dressing ingredients together and keep aside.
If using soya sprouts, boil the bean sprouts for 1 minute in a pan of salted boiling water and drain well.
Clean and wash the sprouts, pour in dressing, add crushed garlic, toss well and chill before serving.
Garnish with chopped parsley and spring onions.
