Curried Brussels Sprouts
|Fresh brussels sprouts||1 Pound|
|Corn oil margarine||1 Tablespoon|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 Tablespoon, minced|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|1% low fat milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cook Brussels sprouts by your choice of method; drain and set aside.
In a small saucepan over medium heat melt margarine.
Add flour, onion, salt and curry powder; mix well.
Stir in milk gradually.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Fold in Brussels sprouts.
Heat to serving temperature.
