Spicy Bean Sprouts

Ingredients
  Fresh bean sprouts 1 Pound
  Butter 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Minced ginger root 1 Teaspoon
  Crushed garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Onions 2 , finely chopped
  Turmeric 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Minced red chili pepper 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Wash the bean sprouts and drain well.
Heat the butter in a frying pan and cook the ginger and garlic for 1 minute.
Add the onions and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the turmeric, cumin, paprika and chile and cook for 3 minutes.
Stir in the sprouts, mix well and cook for 3 minutes.
