Bean Sprout Salad
|Soybean sprouts||1 Pound (450 Gram)|
|Light soy sauce||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|White vinegar||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Sugar||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Sesame oil||1⁄2 Teaspoon (2.5 Milliliter)|
|Snow peas||1⁄2 Pound (225 Gram)|
|Bean curd cake||1 , cut into julienne strips|
|Red pepper||1⁄4 , cut into julienne strips|
1 Blanch soybean sprouts in boiling water for 1 minute. Refresh in cold water and drain well.
2 Combine soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and sesame oil in a bowl, add soybean sprouts and snow peas. Toss to coat with dressing. Cover and chill 20 minutes.
3 Arrange salad on a platter. Garnish with bean curd and red pepper.
