Brussels Sprouts With Water Chestnuts, Garlic And Mushrooms
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Ounce (1 Tablespoon / 15 Gram)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed / minced|
|Baby brussels sprouts||14 Ounce, trimmed (400 Gram / 5 Cups Approximately)|
|Mushrooms||4 Ounce, sliced (1 1/2 Cups / 100 Gram)|
|Canned water chestnuts||7 Ounce, drained (1 Scant Cup / 200 Gram)|
|Soy sauce||To Taste|
Put the butter in a dish and cook for 30 seconds. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add the sprouts, mushrooms and water chestnuts, with 15 ml / 1 tbsp of the chestnut liquid. Cover and cook for 3 - 4 minutes, until hot through. Season with soy sauce.
