Brussels Sprouts With Water Chestnuts, Garlic And Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Tablespoon / 15 Gram)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed / minced
  Baby brussels sprouts 14 Ounce, trimmed (400 Gram / 5 Cups Approximately)
  Mushrooms 4 Ounce, sliced (1 1/2 Cups / 100 Gram)
  Canned water chestnuts 7 Ounce, drained (1 Scant Cup / 200 Gram)
  Soy sauce To Taste
Directions

Put the butter in a dish and cook for 30 seconds. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add the sprouts, mushrooms and water chestnuts, with 15 ml / 1 tbsp of the chestnut liquid. Cover and cook for 3 - 4 minutes, until hot through. Season with soy sauce.
