Sprouts With Water Chestnuts
|Brussel sprouts/10 ounce frozen||1 Pound|
|Canned water chestnuts||6 , sliced|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
Gently cook sprouts in a small amount of salted water until tender, or follow package directions.
Drain thoroughly and keep hot.
Stir-fry sliced chestnuts in melted butter until lightly colored.
Add soy sauce and sprouts.
Stir and heat for 1 minute.
