Zucchini And Sprouts Saute
|Olive oil flavored vegetable cooking spray||1|
|Olive oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Julienned green pepper||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Julienned zucchini||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Fresh bean sprouts||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dried dill weed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add olive oil.
Place over medium-high heat until hot.
Add green pepper and garlic; saute 5 minutes or until pepper is crisp-tender.
Add zucchini, and saute 3 minutes.
Stir in bean sprouts and remaining ingredients; saute 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
