Bean Sprouts And Green Onions

Ingredients
  Fresh bean sprouts 2⁄3 Pound (300 ml)
  Green onions stalks 4
  Oil 22 Milliliter (1/2 tablespoons)
  Ginger slice 2 , shredded
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 ml)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 ml)
  Sesame oil 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 ml)
  White pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

1. Wash sprouts and snap off roots.
2. Split green onions in half lengthwise and cut into 2 1/2" (6.5 cm) strips.
3. Heat oil in wok over high heat. Add ginger, stirring 10-15 seconds; put in onion and stir for 15-20 seconds.
4. Add bean sprouts and stir 1 minute.
