Chow Bean Sprouts And Peppers

Ingredients
  Green peppers 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chicken stock/Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hot chili peppers 2
  Bean sprouts 3⁄4 Pound
  Sherry 1 Teaspoon
  Thin ginger slices 2
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Using a high flame, heat pan and add oil, salt, and ginger.
Add peppers and stir for 1 minute.
Add bean sprouts and stir.
Add stock and cover for 3 minutes.
Uncover, add sherry, monosodium, and sugar.
Stir.
