Rice & Bean Sprouts
|Crushed toasted sesame seed||3 Tablespoon|
|Minced green onions||2|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), mashed / mashed|
|Salad oil/Sesame oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Bean sprouts||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Hot cooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Combine sesame seed with onions and garlic and saute in the oil for 3 minutes.
Add the bean sprouts and saute until thoroughly hot.
Add the hot rice and soy sauce and gently mix, being careful not to mash rice grains.
