Bean Sprout Salad
|Celery stalks||2 , finely chopped|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mung bean/Soybean sprouts||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Caraway seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Boston lettuce cups||2|
|Lemon juice||To Taste|
1. Combine the celery, nuts, sprouts, and seeds. Spoon into lettuce cups.
2. Dress to taste with honey and lemon juice mixed together.
