Ingredients
  Celery stalks 2 , finely chopped
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mung bean/Soybean sprouts 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Caraway seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Boston lettuce cups 2
  Lemon juice To Taste
  Honey To Taste
Directions

1. Combine the celery, nuts, sprouts, and seeds. Spoon into lettuce cups.
2. Dress to taste with honey and lemon juice mixed together.
