Bean Sprout Vegetable Slaw

|Shredded cabbage||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Sliced green onion/Chopped red onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Bell pepper||1 Small, diced (Red/Green)|
|Sliced celery/Carrot||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Bean sprouts||1⁄4 Pound|
|Canned water chestnuts||6 Ounce, thinly sliced (1 Can)|
|Sweet pickle dressing||1 Tablespoon|
In a salad bowl, mix together cabbage, onion, pepper, celery, sprouts, and water chestnuts.
Prepare dressing, pour over cabbage mixture, and toss gently.
Garnish with peanuts
