Stir Fried Bean Sprouts With Raisins
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Mung bean sprouts/Soybean sprouts||1⁄2 Pound (3 1/2 cups)|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
1. In a wok or skillet, heat the oil gently with the garlic. Remove the garlic and discard. Add the sprouts and stir-fry briefly without browning, just long enough to warm the sprouts through.
2. Add the soy sauce, raisins, and nuts.
